McLaughlin Motorsports (Top Kart USA) will again host our technical workshop on Saturday February 29th 2020 beginning at 9:00 am and running until 2:00 pm.
This event is open to all High School, College and Autonomous teams.

Food and drinks will be available during the lunch break.

We had a lot of schools join the series last year, if you are one of those schools outside of Indiana and can not attend, please contact me for options.

We would like to hear from you guys on what you might want our technical tuners to demonstrate as most of you have seen the build process many times and most of the build process in online as well. We plan to show how to adjust the front and rear of the kart and what you should expect by making those changes. We can cover other topics like data, or driving, you tell us what would help your program. PM me with any ideas.

The tentative schedule is as follows:

09:00 am - Welcome and Opening Remarks
09:30 am - Danny Whites Presentation and Guest speakers
10:00 am - Front and Rear Chassis Setup’s
11:00 am - Lunch Break
12:00 pm - Purdue Workshop TraK Lab 1
01:00 pm - Overview of the 2020 Schedule
01:30 pm - Q&A with Purdue/McLaughlin Motorsports/Aptiva/IMS
02:00 pm - Meeting Adjourns

We will update the schedule as we near the event.

Looking forward to meeting with you all.

Aloha from sunny Maui... A thought... Any chance the entire day can be streamed (Zoom, etc) and broken down into sessions? Then if the folks that cannot make it on-site can watch in real-time and could send in questions via chat. If the day started later it would be better for our time zone. Grin! If recorded then can the sessions be deployed on YouTube and set so we use some of the content for our classes? BTW The build process YouTube vids online are great!

We want to ensure we have enough seats, food and drink this year. Last year we expected 40 and we had right at 90. Your help will be greatly apricated.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway will have a guest speaker to highlight some opportunities for schools and 501 c's to work at the speedway. This would be a great opportunity to get your boosters and parents involved with this Motorsport Fundraising opportunity. Excited to have them attending.
