This just in:

The Ceraland event will take place on September 21st 2019. The official gates open at 9:00am. You can arrive earlier but must return to the gate when it is staffed to pay, I believe, the $ 2.00 per person admission fee.

Mr. Danny White will be looking into the possibility of getting a portable restroom and if food could be made available as well. We need a good showing to make this happen.

Things to remember, Safety Glasses are a requirement for all as is a C02 extinguisher per pit. Long pants and closed toes shoes are a must.
Charging can only be done in your pit area, no charging can be done on the grid or hot grid.  Special care must be exercised when charging.

Mr. White will be doing pre-tech and advises that you must bring your completed safety tech sheet signed off by a teacher to the tech area.

This event is a time trails type of event

* A special plaque will be sent to the team that sets fast time.

Please complete the entry below and email it back to bill@mkpshop.com by 9/18/2019.

I am looking for numbers of schools that plan on attending this event, as of today we have zero entries received. If there is no interest it may be canceled or rescheduled. Please either send your entry form in, post to this thread or PM me with your intention either way.

Thank you. Purdue is looking for a headcount.

Is there a tech inspection sheet for collegiate conventional teams that's been made yet? Whether or not it's required for us to have tomorrow, I'd still like to have it for reference.
